10205 Clear PVC Sheeting for cover use It is produced using special formulation and it possesses light resistance. Heat resistance and cold crack resistance properties. Cover for miscellaneous goods and Swimming Pool.
10206 Clear PVC Sheeting for oxygen mask It is produced using special formulation. Please contact our technician prior to placing order. Medical Oxygen Mask.
10207 Economic grade clear PVC Sheeting It is not applicable for products used in aquatic activities. Variety of inflatable toys, Air mattress.
10209 Super Double Polished Clear (SDPC) PVC Sheeting
1. Width available from 0.15mm to 0.5mm.
2. Appearance -- good clarity, free of flow mark, a little bit tacky and showing core mark for materials near to paper core
3. It is patent authorized.
For miscellaneous processing purpose.
  Static Cling Vinyl Width available from 0.14mm to 0.26mm. For glass decoration and putting up advertisement.

10204.Micro-embossed Clear PVC Sheeting
(1) 
Transparent tape suitable for automatic processing machines to avoid sticky body, shallow embossed so chill and easy processing.
(2) 
There are three very shallow embossed A001, A130, A123 to choose from, so that the product is not sticky body to produce slipcase, stationery folder, tool bags --- and other products.

1. Characteristics：
(1) 
Both super fine concave-convex grain on appearance and non-tacky additive in formulation enable the product having good non-tacky nature. There are three sorts of different emboss pattern from deep to shallow covering A001 , A130 and A123 respectively.
(2) 
No flow mark but super fine grain on appearance forms an irregular concave-convex three dimension shape. The product has agood dimension stability and good clarity applicable to all type of stationery use.
(3) 
The product is not applicable to process printing use. if customers do require for printing purpose, a special formula can be designed to meet their application.
(4)  
As long as two flexible PVC sheetings using different sorts of plasticizer, they can`t be used together for processing because both migration phenomenon and wrinkle will be easily created. Please explain to customers prior to placing orders.

3. Use：
  By using high frequency sealing, the product can be used for : 
The title page of bookbinder, file, disc box, general stationery, eyeglass cover, handbag, packaging, miscellaneous processings.

 
10209.Super Double Polished Clear (SDPC) PVC Sheeting
1. Feature :
(1) 
By using our patent know-how to manufacture the product that carries the characteristics of no flow mark, even surface, high gloss and transparency.
(2) 
In conformity to the environmental protection requested by customers, the product with low VOC quality is available；for instance, non- phthalate product (With phthalate content less than 500ppm which comply to REACH especially for DENMARK STD).
(3) 
According to customers' request, we can supply the product with fire retardant additive to meet EN-1598 in Europe and M2 in France, applicable to welding door strip which requires strict flame resistance quality.




(4)  Depending on customer’s requirement the product may contain anti-static additive to get the said effect, or may have UV absorber to restrain from aging yellowish.
(5)  In addition to the original clear film, colored clear film, the tinted clear films are available.
(6) 
As long as two flexible PVC films with different plasticizers are processed together, plasticizer migration may happen to cause film wrinkle. Please remind to customers to prevent it prior to placing orders.

Do not put material in storage under the sunlight, high temperature or high humidity. The recommended storaging temperature is 10°C to 27°C (or 50°F~80°F).
 
3. Application :
(1) 
Stationery, photo album, toy, pouch, cosmetic bag, handbag....etc.
(2)  Window, marine, tent, briefcase, static cling film on glass, shoes, and miscellaneous processing.
(3)  The tinted clear sheeting laminated to release paper with or w/o glue can be used for advertisement and label inkjet print.
(4)  Clear inflatable product, baby occlusionware. For direct contacting to child or infant, please ordering special requirement with phthalate 1000ppm max (code:LOB) or phthalate 500ppm max (code:L30)
